Term and Charges for Vendors
North Street, Lewes and Bexhill
Commission 15%, which includes all expenses of sale, except removal, loss/damage warranty premiums, and photographs (or as agreed), plus V.A.T.
10 per cent on the amount realised over £1,000 on any individual Lot.
Minimum commission of £10.00 per Lot including V.A.T, Sold or Unsold. Payment in 21 working days.

Reserves
These will be accepted when given in writing, but cannot exceed the lower estimate. The auctioneers reserve the right to sell at one bid below the agreed reserve. Minimum reserve: North Street and Bexhill - £100.
A charge of 20% of the reserve or lower estimate will be made if any Lot is withdrawn after having been catalogued.

Garden St, Lewes
Commission 15%, which includes all expenses of sale, except removal and loss/damage warranty premiums, plus V.A.T.
Minimum commission of £5.00 per Lot incl. V.A.T. sold or unsold. Payment in 2 working days.

Reserves
These will be accepted when given in writing, but cannot exceed the lower estimate. The auctioneers reserve the right to sell at one bid below the agreed reserve. Minimum reserve: - £50.

General
Damage/Loss Warranty
Cover will be effected at a rate of 1.50% + VAT on items offered unless written instructions are received to the contrary. Claims will be based on the lower estimate or reserve of each Lot.

Condition of Sale
Full conditions of sale will be included in our catalogue, and are available for inspection at the auctioneers' offices.

Interest
Any amounts of interest earned whilst holding your "client's money" will be retained by Gorringes.
